DVC Companion is a small, independently run tool for Disney Vacation Club owners and renters — a points calculator, resort comparison, trip planner, and (optionally) an account layer for tracking your own contracts and trip history. By using the site, you agree to the following.
DVC Companion is an independent, unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to The Walt Disney Company, Disney Vacation Club, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Any Disney resort names, imagery references, or trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners and used here only to describe and compare real DVC resorts.
Points charts, cash rates, dues, crowd forecasts, and other figures shown are compiled from public sources and kept reasonably up to date, but they are estimates and reference material — not an official Disney Vacation Club publication, and not a guarantee of actual booking availability, pricing, or points requirements. Always confirm real numbers on the official DVC Member site or with Member Services before making a booking or purchase decision.
Estimated availability (Likely, Possible, Unlikely) on the calendar and on Room Availability are estimates based on recent availability trends, updated weekly. They are not offers, holds or guarantees that a room is open; book with Disney.
Signing in is optional. If you do, you're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since that's how the app identifies you here. Any contract, trip, or itinerary details you enter are your own responsibility to keep accurate — the app doesn't verify them against Disney's own records. See the Privacy Policy for what's collected and how to delete it.
The optional "Contract Manager" tier (formerly "Active Member") is a $25/year subscription with a 7-day free trial. Stripe (through its Link service) is the seller of record: it handles checkout, payment, receipts and any sales tax, and we never see your card number. It unlocks account-connected features like contract tracking, points ledgers, and deadline reminders. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal linked in My Contracts — cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law, offered at our discretion, or issued by Stripe as seller of record.
$25/year is a founding rate: if the price changes for new members, it won't change for you as long as your membership stays active. If your membership ends and you rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
This is a hobby-scale, independently run tool, provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on the information it shows — including, without limitation, a booking, purchase, or financial decision made based on figures shown here.
Use the site for its intended purpose — planning and evaluating DVC stays and ownership. Don't attempt to scrape, disrupt, or abuse the site or its backend services, or use another person's account without permission.
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. If a change matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
