Where DVC points are worth the most at Disney World
A point costs you the same wherever you stay: about $8–12 in dues if you own, $20–25 if you rent. What it buys doesn't. We divided Disney's cash price for every night of 2027 by the points those nights cost, for every Disney World DVC villa.

Studios stretch your points furthest
Average cash value per point by room size, every Disney World villa, all of 2027: studio $46, 2-bedroom $35, 3-bedroom $34, 1-bedroom $32.
Same January week at BoardWalk: a studio is 78 points ($6,147 cash), a 1-bedroom 169 points ($8,114). More than twice the points for a third more cash.
