Points and cash, on the calendar

The points calendar has our point estimates for every Lakeshore Lodge room and night from July 1, 2027, next to Disney's real cash prices.

Disney's cash price per night for a July 2027 studio at seven resorts, with Lakeshore Lodge at $680.

How we estimated, step 1: start with Disney's own prices

Disney opened Lakeshore Lodge cash bookings on Oct 6, 2026. A July studio runs $680 a night, under Grand Floridian, Bay Lake Tower and Riviera.

Cash price per night before tax, deluxe studio (preferred view where offered), Jul 11–18, 2027: Polynesian $954, Grand Floridian $827, Bay Lake Tower $804, Riviera $797, Lakeshore Lodge $680, Beach Club $643, Copper Creek $548.

The conversion from $680 a night to about 17.5 points, using $39 a point for studios.

How we estimated, step 2: turn dollars into points

The same July week at 11 other Disney World DVC resorts: each point covers about $39 of Disney's cash price in a studio, $25 in a 1-bedroom and $29 in a 2-bedroom (the middle value of the 11 resorts).

$680 divided by $39 is about 17.5 points a night. Then Disney World's usual seasons and weekends do the rest: 16 points a weeknight, 20 on Friday and Saturday, 120 for the week.
