DVC at Aulani: the resort guide
Resort Guide 005: everything about Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaiʻi, for DVC members. Aulani's points chart works differently from every other DVC resort: no weekend premium and the smallest gap between its cheapest and priciest weeks. Here are the rooms, what a week costs through the year, booking odds at 11 and 7 months, how the chart and the dues have moved since 2016, what it costs to own, and what to know before you book.

- No weekend premium: a Saturday costs the same as a Tuesday. A Standard studio is 17, 19, 22 or 24 points a night depending on the season.
- The flattest chart in DVC: the priciest Standard studio week (168 points) is only 41% over the cheapest (119).
- Studio points haven't changed since 2016; dues per point rose 61%, $6.79 to $10.96.
- Standard studios are hard to get at 7 months; Ocean View costs more points but has had far more open nights.
- Resale about $100 a point (4th-lowest of 17), direct $243, dues $10.96, contract ends 2062.
