- A studio for 7 nights in September: 62 points (Value) to 148 (Club Concierge).
- Savanna View studio: 90 points in September, 188 over Easter week.

The basics: two buildings, four savannas
- Buildings: Jambo House and Kidani Village. One DVC resort; your points book either.
- Getting around: bus to all four parks. Not walkable to any park.
- Dining on site: Jiko, Sanaa and Boma, plus The Mara for quick service.
- Pools: Uzima and Samawati Springs, one at each building.

Room sizes (about): studio 340 sq ft, sleeps 4; 1-bedroom 780 sq ft, sleeps 5; 2-bedroom 1,320 sq ft, sleeps 9; Grand Villa 2,200 sq ft, sleeps 12. Contracts here end in 2057.
The view decides the price: 62 to 148
Same deluxe studio, 7 nights, four views: Value 62 points, Resort View 76, Savanna View 90, Club Concierge 148.

This studio costs fewer points than in 2016
A Savanna View studio for 7 nights in the first full week of May went from 123 points in 2016 to 102 in 2027, as DVC shifted points to other weeks.
Dues rose like they do everywhere: about 4.7% a year since 2016 ($6.42 to $10.16 a point), close to the DVC-wide average of about 5%.
What a point costs at AKV
- Resale: about $113 a point (average resale price, Aug 2026, Fidelity Real Estate).
- Direct from Disney: $215 a point (DVCNews).
- Annual dues: $10.16 a point in 2026, about $1,524 a year for 150 points.
- Contract ends: 2057, 31 years left.
