What a 150-point DVC contract gets you at Animal Kingdom Villas

150 points is one of the most common DVC contract sizes. What it books depends on two things: the room and the season. Here is what a 150-point contract covers each year at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, room by room, in three seasons on the 2027 point chart.

The short version

  • In a Value studio, 150 points cover about 17 nights in September but only 11 in March.
  • September (Adventure season) is the cheapest time on the chart; late February through April (Premier) is the priciest outside the holidays.
  • The bigger the room, the smaller the gap: a Grand Villa is 2 nights in September and 1.4 in March.

First, the seasons

DVC prices every night by season. At Animal Kingdom Villas, three seasons tell most of the story:

  • Adventure: all of September, the cheapest season on the chart. A Savanna View studio is 12 points a weeknight.
  • Select: mid-June through August (plus early February). 15 points a weeknight.
  • Premier: late February to April, spring break (plus Thanksgiving). 17 points a weeknight.

Easter week is its own Holiday season on the 2027 chart.
